SHIPPING

Our processing times are 1-5 business days, this is the time we need to prepare your order. Please note that as we are still a small business, we do not carry a huge inventory on certain items and they are mostly made to order. If there is any situation delaying your order, we will contact you within the 48 hours following your order.

We offer free shipping for orders over 125$ in Canada and USA with the code SHIPPINGOFF at checkout page. Please note that any shipping fees exceeding 25$ are not subject to this offer.

As each country's procedure is different, the client is responsible for any possible duty and custom fees. 

RETURNS

If you are not fully satisfied with your order, please get in touch with us via email at info@confettimill.com,  so that we can discuss how to make it right for you. At Atelier Confetti Mill, we are always very attentive to our clients' comments and we know the value of keeping objects that you love and that are both functional and beautiful.

Please note that we are doing our best to show you the colours in their true form, however due to monitor differences, actual colours may vary slightly from what you see online. We encourage you purchasing linen fabric samples if in doubt. 

Unfortunately, we do not issue refunds due to the transaction and handling fees we cover to prepare your order. If there is any problem with the items purchased or an error from our side, we will offer you an exchange or store credit in return. If the reason for your return does not concern a production or handling error, then please note that a fee of 10% will be deducted from your store credit.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance.
Conditions of return

Clients are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

For Canadian orders, please contact us within 14 days of delivery for online orders or 14 days of purchase for in person transactions. Items should be sent in 30 days of delivery for online orders or 30 days of purchase for in person orders.

Exceptions

Due to the nature of the product, we are not able to accept any returns on masks.
 
Due to paperwork and shipping fees, all international returns are final therefore not eligible for returns. Items on sale, custom or personalized orders are also not eligible for returns.
